These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cartful mobile application and website at cartful.ai (the "Service"), operated by Brevity Labs ("we", "our", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of the recipes and grocery lists you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
We may use third-party services to process recipe content for ingredient extraction. See our Privacy Policy for details.
When you share a grocery list with another user, they can view and edit the list contents. You can revoke shared access at any time. We are not responsible for actions taken by users you share lists with.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
Cartful offers a free tier with limited recipe processing per month. Paid tiers with expanded limits may be offered in the future. We reserve the right to modify pricing and features with reasonable notice.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Brevity Labs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brevity Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which Brevity Labs is incorporated.
